	GIRL CHILD EDUCATION PROGRAMME
MWDA in collaboration with Education Department in Kwimba district as a key partner and international development agencies improvement of basic Education in primary schools with the emphasis on a girl child education. The aim of the Program is to ensure that girls have equal education opportunities.

	SHORT COURSES AND SEMINARS
MWDA offers short courses and seminars to leaders of women groups (treasures and secretaries) in order to build their management capabilities in projects successfully

	WOMEN IN AGRICULTURE
Seminars on special fields (e.g. Agriculture, are organized for women to enable them learn how to utilizing land successful

	RESOURCE CENTRE
MWDA collects and disseminates information related to gender and development issues.

CONSULTANCY SERVICE

MWDA has qualified facilitators in various fields. These form MWDA Consultancy team, which can render services to individuals or institutions.

	HANDCRAFT SHOP
This shop is situated at the heart of the Town near Mwanza Central market (Opposite Taxi Stand) it provides a ready market for handcraft products from women groups and individuals

EVENING CLASSES

Women and girls are trained in tailoring and embroidery. Most of these come from Mwanza city; they are equipped with the knowledge which enables them to be self employed and hence raise their economic well being.

	ENTREPRENEURSHIP TRAINING
To promote women in managing their viable projects professionally and enable them to venture into large scale Enterprises.
